Is biodegradable the same as compostable?
No. Biodegradable materials will break down over a relatively short period of time without causing harm to the environment. Compostable materials go one step further in providing nutrients to the earth after they have decomposed.
Are your labels recyclable?
No. Our label materials are designed to break down and decompose, so goes against the idea that they will be recycled and used to make something else. However, if they enter the recycling streams in small quantities, they are unlikely to cause problems.
